I've just added some Steam integration whereby you can now link your forum account with your steam account and have a member card for you Steam profile displayed on your posts and on your forum profile.
If you click on the marker on the right, a button will be revealed which you can then use to add that person to your Steam friends list.
To activate this head to the Steam Integration page through your profile:

Click on the Associate with Steam button, login and when complete your accounts should be linked!
