- Filler tune( voice ): 15 seconds
- Topic 1:the episodes on itunes/ new site updates: 5 minutes
- Topic 2:random chat/anounce the player of july poll: 5 minutes
- Interlude: 15 seconds
- Closing remarks (thank audience, thank guests, talk about the next show): 1.5minutes

I've said no cause I thought it was Saturday, but I can make Sunday evening after 19:30

I've removed the recurring weekly option as it will vary from week to week and people will need to RSVP for each one seperately as and when they get scheduled
