Depends on the type of radiator you install Rob the noise comes mainly from the fans & not the pumps a radiator with a dense fin arrangement requires a higher pressure Fan which = increased noise levels . Applys to both liquid & Air Coolers

Wouldnt give those scumbags at overclockers the time of day let alone 9.5k ,aside from that nice build aside from the S*** goo they`ve put in that water loop ( its called a water loop for a reason , that goo does one thing clogs blocks and raises temps ! )
