Is it worth to instal? Did you have to reinstall all programs?

I tried the option where it kept all programs installed and kept all settings. Installed just fine, although it is a little buggy (nothing critical)

I will do a clean install in a few weeks for sure though to see if it help smooth out any of the issues.

if you do a clean install you will need a code and this is where it will cost you it is free to upgrade but costs to do a clean install

No you don't mate.

Once you carry out the upgrade from a previous version of windows Microsoft creates a key for you on their servers based on your unique hardware setup.

When you do a clean install you don't use any key, MS can detect your exact hardware setup and will automatically activate Windows 10 based on your previous upgrade.

I tried to install win 10 but for some reason system checking keeps running and running.
Anyone had same issue? How to solve?

Not sure mate, have you got any programs like antivirus stuff working in the background that might be stopping it from progressing?

I use that Microsoft own virus scanner so shouldn't be that.
Have to try again now when week has passed, maybe time was solving the problem

Problem solved. Issue was that I had two displays connected. When removing other system checking went through.
