BF3 crashing / minimising lockup !

I am posting this here mainly for anyone googling the above problem, I have had it non-stop since I got the game. I couldn't play more than3-5 minutes before the game minimised and crashed, requiring a ctr/alt/del to close it.

If you google the above problem you will see that I am far far from alone !

Anyway, solutions have been suggested about underlocking cards/onboard realtek conflicts/ bad memory/underpowered PSU etc etc and usually with a common 560/570/580 card.

Anyway, to cut to the chase What has worked for me is the suggestion here..

Worth a go for anyone with this issue.

.... like I said it worked for me, I have played 2 hours since with not a single minimise, worth a try indeed eh ?
