Yeah, as long as you have a legit key, all you need is the disc to reinstall the 64 bit version. If you can't find a disc I might have an original ISO I can burn and post to you, you'll just need to make a note of you're serial before re-installing it.

You'll need to download the right ISO, then burn it to DVD or use the Windows 7 bootable USB tool (google it) to create a bootable USB to reinstall the OS.

I'm not sure if you can upgrade from 32 to 64 wiping all your data. So make sure you've baked up the key
