Deploy screen lock up

I keep getting some kind of Screen Menu lock up in BF3 when I try to Deploy. It's a pain in the Arse. Have done a search but the only solution in the battle log forum seems like bull.

I was unable to click deploy sometimes. I find if you use the bottom of the cursor instead of the top it seems to work. Or enter
