FFF In Game Protocol

Hello guys.

I have noticed over the last few weeks and months that there are some members and players who play along side with us here at FFF not sticking to a few small rules we have set up in the clan, theese small rules include,

1, No Bunny Hopping
2, No Rockets or tubes while playing in a server where our clan is on both sides
3, No abusive in game text or in game mic chat
4, Respect other players in TS

The rules are there for a reason, if you do not wish to comply please remove the FFF tags and go and join a clan who does not give a shit.

Can i please second this notion, i have been with FFF for a while now and have noticed that while we all like a bit of banter and that we stick up for members and i include myself in some of these moments of lets say ingame passion, that we have as a group begun to get more abusive towards the public players. We all know they will tube and use game styles we dont like. But throwing random insults at them starts other members off and before long its a free for all of abuse.

If we take the time to join and play with a clan lets all grow up a bit and reign it in. Lets all show each other and the public players more respect and a little love.

well said dave and speedy we all get drawn into abuse as i do it myself so lets show these people were better than this...... as for gameplay some of our recruits need to slow down on ts for 1 were all playin and cant here shit because there rambling on about something so when you die be brief and stay quiet also gameplay must change tubin is for noobs laststand is for weakass noobs bunnying is for mongs this maybe ok wiv you guys but for FFF its not wot were about

I fully agree with Shooter's post. Think it is time we live and act according to our clan name (FFF Squad - Friends, Fun & Fairplay). The way the FFF Squad members acted and treated people is the reason I joined the clan in the first place. Things have gone down the tube a bit and we need to fix it. If someone ignores the FFF way and this request or does not want to act as a proper FFF Squad member, he / she does not belong in the clan.

I know my view might seem harsh, but I'm proud to be part of the FFF Squad and I want us to be known as the best clan because of our actions. I do not want us to become just another gaming clan who has no values and who are rude or swear at people in-game (I've also been guilty of this !!!).

im happy to all who replayed, that all have the balls to also admit they have done wrong. easier for all of us to change and get back! and stand for the FFF as we used to back in like modern warfare. I miss those days, was the best days with FFF. so lets all work together to get to it? <3

Well i guess since nearly everyone confessed here i will also say something to it. Even though i always meant it as a joke i will of coarse stop too! You are right its not how we should deal with each other. Most of the time I am not swearing but then theres times when my best friend altitude kills me 5 matches in a row every round lol Sorry for that <3

Guys can we please not share your offensive or racist views/jokes in game chat or Ts. I am still hearing the odd one here and there and we are not having it in clan anymore.

If you wear the tags guys please follow our few simple rules. If you cant refrain from typing offensive text please remove the tags.

I have to admit I have been getting a bit "RAGE!" with non members of late. And the whole Dead so gunna talk while others are still alive has to stop. Still a great clan :nerd:

The chatting when you dead is annoying but I think there is a fine line. If we start saying as soon as your dead you must not speak, then its going to take some of the fun out of playing.

However if someone asks you to be quiet then give them the respect they deserve and stfu!

Last night was a good laugh when we had enough people on to fill two teams and we split up in ts, we should do more friendly battles like that.

I have two quick things to say,

Firstly it might be worth ensuring that there is a page that our recruit can see this or in the read this before applying having a what we stand for section.

Also, i agree with the noise in ts potentially being an issue, however for the rare time i am left alive last and everyone in ts is chatting, i have setup a key to mute ts. This is very easy to do, i'm aware its not really a solution as it prevents any help, but most of the time if there is that many people in ts then there are members on both sides and therefor we cannot expect hints from ts anyway.

Also in the idea of splitting into teams in ts, that was really good, but we can also use the voice chat in game, if your alive then it will only speak to your alive team mates, i use this quite often and i think it might be easier than sorting the people in ts at the start of each game.

p.s. i apologise for any raging / bunnying i have done in the past.

If someone wants to update and maintain the wiki ("About FFF" section) then that could be a good area for it. The Wiki area is actually quite customizable if someone wants to take some time to learn how to use it and build it up a bit.

We could also do with clarifying a few things, I know we end up having the same discussion every couple of months but last night we were talking about bunny hopping and people have different views on what is and what isn't bunnying. Also the whole rockets on infantry needs to be cleared up. I dont agree with there being one rule for when its FFF vs public and another for when its FFF/Public vs FFF/Public.

maybe just accept there is diffrent oppinons? because its not just black and white.... or right or wrong...but we can't do much about the "Bunny" by public members, same with the tubes and rockets. but i agree we need to come to the some conclusion, if we want to have it as a rule of the clan..

Please find below a copy of the revised FFF Squad rules. All members must adhere to these rules at all times or risk removal from the clan.

I will create a dedicated page for these rules later in the week which can be used for easy reference.


FFF Squad Rules

No offensive or racist chat.
This includes text and voice chat in game and in TS. Anyone found to be using racist language will be immediately removed from the clan without exception.

No Bunny Hopping
Bunny hopping is classed as:

• Jumping while under fire to avoid being hit.
• Jumping and firing at a player to gain an advantage over them.
• Jumping across a doorway or around a corner to gain advantage or avoid fire.
• Jumping across open ground.

No Last Stand, Martyrdom or Dead Mans Grip
In other words, no perks that allow a player to have further impact on the game after their standard allocation of health is depleted.

No Tubes, RPGs or Rockets
The only exception to this is when playing in a non-FFF server, all FFF members are on the same team and the other team initiates the tubing.
