So I got this email at work today from the International Team, and to celebrate the Finnish Independence day they're going to to give a bit of time off to anyone who can identify what the kitchen implement pictured below is used for in Finland.

So, any ideas?!

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. A cookie cutter perhaps, but I'm not sure if it has a special Finnish name maybe?

Perhaps for making spice cookies? Is that a special finnish recipe? Nissu Nassu?
