Hello all, I have had final confirmation and the quote back from the NWRFCA who hire the building out. We have it for the weekend and the quote is half of what it should be due to me hiring out as a serving military member. The way we have done it in the past is the Lan fee we have taken has covered the hire of the venue, the trophies and the mugs. This was always dependant on those attending to bear the cost between them. In the past we have upto 24 members attend. At the moment the figure is short of that. With that in mind, I recommend we go for £25.00 each for the weekend and this will take in the hire, the trophies and mugs. What do you all think?
If this is acceptable can you use PayPal to send me your payments and I will get a list on the site of who has said they are attending and who out of those have paid their entry fee. My pay email is [email protected]
I have asked Robin Hood if he can print some large posters up again and he is happy to do this. So can you get your design heads on and work on some AW posters and get your designs up here so we can take a vote on them and get them done before May.

Kukka, I am certain there will be a couple of spare mugs. if Stealth gets over I will make sure he brings you one back. I have sent some to Finland in the past and they ended up broken even though they were in a padded box. So you will just have to arrange to get it from Stealth then mate.
