It's essentially a 780 TI (£600) with more RAM I believe, which I guess would be better for multimonitor high res setups

Tech looks a bit dated with just a shit load of ram chucked at it, ddr 5 has been around for the last x amount of cards ive had ( waiting for some ddr 6 ) & for that amount of dough it wants to be dx 12 compliant ( or am I misinformed & are they going dx11.2 dx 11.3 dx 11.4 instead of dx 12-13-14 respectively , aint been reading much of late tbh so im a bit rusty) .

Not sure tbh, it is overpriced for what it is. But you're always going to pay a large premium for that tiny bit extra at the highest end of the spectrum.
