Is anyone else being kicked from game by punkbuster ?? On the BF3 forums it says it has only affected a majority of people.
1st of all try to update your PB via the PB website (even balance)
If you still are experiencing problems with PB, you are one of the unlucky ones
who as i have been told on the BF3 forums as being accidentally banned.
i quote from my battle log, "
NOTICE The "Game disconnected: you were kicked by Punkbuster errors" are being looked into right now."

If you wish to play still you must play in servers that do not run PunkBuster.

fix has been found -
1. Firstly go here and download the file. http://dc414.2shared.com/download/xT9Ds3r0/PnkBstrK.sys?tsid=20120125-153858-19013a6d [dc414.2shared.com]

2. Navigate to c:/users/pcname/appdata/local/punkbuster/BF3/pb

3. Look for the file named PnkbstrK.sys and replace it with the file you downloaded from above.

4. if you get a message saying you cant do it because it running elsewere, then ctrl,alt,del and end all processes to do with punkbuster then try again.

5. Right click on the file you just downloaed and click on properties and make it "Read Only"

You should now be able to play on all servers.
