Hey peeps

Don't know if you guys knew or not, but there is downloadable skins for steam

A Little tip to add ....... i have been using custom skins for a few years now ....... all skins can be modded to your liking ... so each box/ window can have an individual color and you can add pictures etc etc to backgrounds ... the modding takes a bit of time to do as the files for mapping have to be certain sizes and file types i think tga or bitmap but it can be done .... a possible fff skin in the future ? if anyone wants to give it a go i can help



p.s. you don't get banned for modding the skins ... they encourage it

Well i was looking at the way to mod it the other day. you put -dev after the target line in a shortcut to steam for example: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe" -dev

once you load it in dev mode you press F6 and then you can select any part of the steam window and it tells you whats included in that area and the files it uses.

im up for giviing it a go at some point.
