True but a little more to it than that.
If we are going to play matches with BF3 say a 12 v 12 or 16 v 16 we will need practice working as a team. Within the Team e will need strong squads who in turn work together.
The squads need to have a squad leader who will follow the game as it changes and respond to the captain.
We would no doubt need to practice manoeuvres like going house to house and changing from support to assault.
Each squad would have to have each of the classes working as a single unit moving forwards to capture or falling back to defend objectives.
There for it would be absolutely fundamental to examine each individual load out so a squad member could enhance the others or the team as a whole.
As you know, those who play regularly. You can not go Gun Ho. It has to be Tac tickle.
For instance no point having one squad with all Engineers and each has squad sprint and SMG.
I would say have at the most 1 maybe two of the best Recon who would work with the squads providing over watch. ie. Painting, laying Spawn Becons. Not to sit static camping but to actively move around the peripheral calling out Targets and Taking out unseen threats.
We would all have to be adaptable and be able to fall into a slot as requested. So may not get to be the Hero or work in our comfort zones.
We would have to designate best Pilots/Drivers and have an informed battle plan of what we would do and how to react.
If you spawn, then spawn on Squad for Attack and not for defence. Sure we have to hold the line but it maybe more advantageous to form a defensive bridgehead elsewhere.
Those who play the game often start to learn how people move and what the likely move is next going to be. Like Attacking on Sein always take B first as it's the harder of the two. You know the routs that enemy will take to defend it so set up a bottle neck and sacrifice one or two so the team can prep for the onslaught.
It's all about bidding your time and making the other team bleed tickets in Attack or Rushing and hitting hard in Defence.
Very often the Game is decided in the first few minutes and it is obvious who is going to win.
If the Team does not quickly notice this and react by changing then it is Game Over.
Think outside the Box.
Well we will defo need practice sessions but I like these as much as a real match.
