By car it will take too long time, I just can't reserve week for LAN (game police would mash my PC), so at the present it looks that I have to skip Lan completely.

In case situation change and I find somehow extra money I let you know.

We need to drum up some more interest amongst the members. Everyone make sure you mention it while gaming on TS with people and try to get more people on board.

Red - the minimum of 24 people that you mentioned, is that the minimum number we need so that it costs £35 each, or will the place not let us hire it if there aren't at least 24 people? I'm guessing if we have less than 24, and we all agree, that we can pay a bit more each and it can still go ahead?

We will still be able to go ahead but prices may go up for everyone involved. Extra stuff such as prizes will/can be cut out as well. We need a minimum to cover all overhead costs (housing and internet).

I would prefer to go bare bones with prizes etc and cut out initial cost, will be a shame but i don't want to pay £70 to go.

The more people who register, the less you'll have to pay (or the more budget we'll have to do "extra" stuff )
In my opinion we can easily seat 32 or even more so, I could get in a few really nice activities/prizes so bring whoever you can

I'll be coming - I believe mayhem is coming on the Ferry with us (Shafto,Stormey,me,Robinhood) - The more we can fit in each car the costs will be less - We need to have a catch with with us all the check the prices, I'll keep your name in mind if you'd like.
